*Is going out to eat a part of the 4 Week program ?
Yes. However, it is recommended to cook most of your meals and limit how much you eat out.
When you do go out to eat these tips can help:
Plan what you will eat before you arrive at the restaurant
Ask for sauces on the side or no sauce if it doesn't fit the guidelines
Pass on the bread or chip basket
Look for grilled, broiled or baked options
Substitute pasta, fries or bread for vegetables (and a side of avocado)
